Southern Tiger Kung Fu School is situated in the Gauteng Province of South Africa.

Here the dedicated student can learn the rich and authentic practice of Chinese Kung Fu passed on from generation to generation, where old values and traditions of respect, discipline and passion for the martial arts come together to build the mind and body for a healthier life.

The main system taught is the Jow Family Fist or more commonly known as Jow Ga Kung Fu, passed on from the the Famous Five Tigers or five brothers from, the most famous being Jow Lung.
